When life hands you lemons, make lemon flavored ganache bonbons!
A diagnosis of stage 4 metastatic breast cancer was the birth of a business. I wanted to show my love and gratitude for my amazing community who have supported me through my diagnosis and treatment. I gave out hundreds of bonbons. Then the orders started and in Joy chocolates was born.
Why in Joy? Because my best treatment against cancer is Joy. I'm in joy when I make these wonderful chocolates, and you will be too when you taste them!
